Marketing Manager
Building a Marketing plan & identifying new markets, products, coordinating with the advertising agency for development of marketing tools like pop, in-shop branding, ATL and BTL activities.
Sales Manager
Handling domestic sales, trade, modern trade, coordinating with the plant for timely dispatches, coordinating with the sales team on pan India level for achieving the required sales for each product category, conceiving dealer schemes, dissemination of new product launch information to distributors, dealers, sales team etc.
Purchase manager
Handling purchase related operations of the company- cartons, raw material, accessories, labels, spare parts required for the factory etc. The candidate should be resourceful.
Stores Manager
Handling stores, receiving, dispatches, GRN creation, QC inspection, purchase of consumables like gloves, glasses, eye mask, etc.
Exports manager
Handling export and import documentation, Banking, LC negotiation, freight negotiation, filing of MEIS scheme, excise rebate, drawback, etc.
Exports Merchandiser
The ideal candidate should have min. 5 – 7 years experience with a good knowledge of new customer development. Candidates having association with reputed buying agents, importers & retailers will be given preference. Responsibilities will include tapping new markets and customers for exports.
Senior Accountant
Handling entire accounting operation of the company- finalization, trial balance, statutory returns from time to time, “c” and “h” form application, vat refund, excise refund, etc
HR and Admin Manager
Handling payroll, preparing salary, maintaining files of each staff / worker, exit interview, hiring new persons, and admin related work like ordering stationery, housekeeping, general upkeep of the factory, computer maintenance, etc.
