RETURN POLICY
In case of return, the buyer should inform within 15 days from the date of invoice regarding any quality problem/dispute. Our representative inspect the goods. If the complaint is found to be genuine then appropriate compensation as decided by the management may be permitted to the buyer or company will ask for return of goods. In case of return, material should be returned along with necessary documents and original invoice within 15 days of such decision in writing. Any damage or loss shall be to the account of buyer/agent and amount will be recovered accordingly. Agent will adhere fully to goods return policy.
I Agree the Terms and Conditions
1. You as a Buyer understand that upon initiating a Transaction You are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with Keyur Kitchenware against purchase of products and / or services from Keyur Kitchenware using the Payment Facility, and you shall pay the Transaction Price through Your issuing Bank to Keyur Kitchenware using the Payment Facility.
2. To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, Keyur Kitchenware will monitor transactions for fraudulent Activity in the event of detecting any suspicious activity, Keyur Kitchenware reserves the right to cancel Pending and future orders without any liability
3. PAYMENT TERMS:
A. Fill payment of the Bill by Online, A/c. Payees Cheque or Draft Only in favour of Keyur Kitchenware.
B. Goods are sent at your entire risk.
C. No payments are accepted in Cash under any circumstances.
D. In respect of the transaction the broker and/or the agent if any, can also be liable for the Non-Payment of this bill.
E. If any dispute arises about this transaction, the same shall have subject to Palghar Jurisdiction.
F. Charges will applicable as below:
Credit Card – 1.45% + GST
Net Banking – Rs 25/- + GST
GST – 18%
Note: Kindly make payment for our outstanding bills through online payment option available on our website www.kessentials.com as required US/269SU of the Income tax act, 1961, Payment charges as mentioned on payment page.
4. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to principles of conflict of law in the event of any dispute or claim you against the company you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Palghar
